- Our team will review the evidence and verify the issue.
- If the defect is confirmed, you may choose between:

- Full refund, including the original shipping cost.
3. No Physical Return Required
We do not require the physical return of defective products. Once the defect is verified through photo/video evidence, we will proceed directly with the replacement or refund.
And just to be transparent — when a product is genuinely defective, sending it back would not make much sense for either you or us. It would only create unnecessary delays and extra costs for everyone. That’s why we handle defect cases quickly and efficiently through photo/video verification.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the defect is confirmed. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
5. Limitations
- We do not accept returns for incorrect purchases or change of mind.
- Requests submitted after 3 days from delivery cannot be processed.
- Requests without photo/video evidence cannot be evaluated.
- Unauthorized returns or shipments sent without approval will not be accepted.
