The 1216 RICH is a high-quality double-row self-aligning ball bearing designed for industrial applications where shaft deflection or mounting errors may occur. This bearing features a unique construction with a common sphered raceway in the outer ring. This allows the inner ring, balls, and cage to swivel freely around the center of the bearing, providing the ability to automatically compensate for angular misalignments between the shaft and the housing. With an 80 mm bore and 140 mm outer diameter, the 1216 model is engineered to handle moderate radial and light thrust loads while maintaining low frictional heat generation.
